• Here at Label Specialist Limited, we do not offer local pick ups from any address we use. if you are local to the area of Dudley I will personally drop off the item(s) only if you are okay with that service.
• Another, we do not keep any stock at any home address or business address due to obvious reasons, they are stored away in a warehouse, roughly 10 miles away from the personal address. With 24/7 security. We do this as this keeps protection of the stock we buy and sell.
• We buy in bulk £££££, so this is the safest way to keep stock secure and locked up at all times, so when asking about an item please bare this in mind.

• Here, at Label Specialist Limited, we started in 2023 in January by starting up our own Facebook group. Little did I know the group would take off, people inviting over 150 people each. We have now sold over 300+ items since the start of the Company, we have over 105+ Trustpilot reviews. In addition, we also have over 150+ reviews in OUR own Facebook group. Data Protection?

• All of your data is private and is safe in our hands, your data will not get leaked anywhere. We do have the right to keep your detail's up to 24 months. Even after this expiry date we will not delete them as your personal data will already be half way filled in when you shop with us again, just saving you extra time. We can provide an invoice from a special security data protection team online to say we pay for a special protection as this is something very important to you and us. 

Authenticity?

• All of our brands come with Certilogo attached or the code attached, this is a way to show 100% Authenticity, we will NOT sell any items without any tags or codes as this goes against our policy, we only use wholesalers from across Europe what have been in the game decades. 
• We refuse to buy stock with Certilogo cut out as this proves 100% Authenticity of the product. Also, if you wish to sell the item in the future this will also help you out. 

Account With Us?

• If you have made an account with us, please don't feel like you have wasted your time we run promos every so often where there are even further discounts made. Also, when we upload new stock we get sizes such as XXXL / XXL and these sizes fly out as they are so hard to come by. so, you will jump the cue and be able to get the colour way you require.

Shipping?

• We cover from the UK through-out Europe and further.
• Here at Label Specialist Limited, shipping is based on weight of the product we are not responsible for the weight it weighs in at. We can not make weight disappear. 
• In addition, we always aim for the best delivery service available, you place an order and the next working day it will be sent and will always be Special Delivery (Next Day), this protects yourself and us from any misleading parcels if it ever does occur, we are not held responsible once the package has been signed for. 
• If you are local however, you will meet myself Sam as I will deliver it personally and thank you for your custom.

Refunds?

• We offer full refund up 14 Days of being posted to your address, we get notifications of the delivery date. Full refund or credit note is offered however this will be determined on the condition of the item. It must be the same condition as it left our place as it will go back on the website. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT IT IF it has been worn or anything, you are allowed to try it on but there is definitely a difference between trying it on and going to the pub for a quick few. Also, I may make it clear we only send items with a little label on, if this label is detached in any way we will NOT give you the refund, this is there for a reason. It is in your best interest to send it signed for or tracked just in case. However you can choose to send it back and keep the money with us and use it towards another purchase.

Holding Fees / Deposits?

• Yes, we do offer to hold the item. However, this incudes the buyer paying 10% deposit for item bundles or a single item. 10% is a must as this secures your item, we offer a range of payment methods, if you cant pay it off in 1 single payment drop us a message on CONTACT US and I will be happy to help you.
• The deposit lasts up to 2 months, 60 days from the first payment is received, Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE as this messes us about and the item has been took down off the website for yourselves.

• Here at Label Specialist Limited, we offer a wide range of payment methods, such as many card types. Also, we are working on Klarna.

What Rating Is the Item?

• We rate all of our items like the following...
• 10/10 Is Brand New With Tags (BNWT)
• 9/10 Is Brand New Without Tags or Worn once with all tags.
• 8/10 Is worn sparingly with no damage.
• 7/10 worn but good condition.
• 6/10 worn could potentially have a few marks.
• 5/10 faded, damaged and ripped.

This is our rating Policy. Please note all items are described to the best of our ability, but yes we might mess up once or twice. 

Wholesale?

• Here at Label Specialist Limited, we offer a wholesale also. 6 - 7 Companies use us for stock, and we are in talks with another 3 Clients. All of our stock comes with Certilogo attached which proves authenticity, and also proper bags, Coats come with hangers and in proper packaging, with ALL tags still attached.
