What Happens when an item is sold?

• When the item sells on Ebay, Depop, Vinted, Whatnot, Tilt or via the Website, the item is then taken down or marked as sold straight away so no additional orders of the same item occurs, this means fastest fingers first. This stock doesn't wait around. We have 3.3K in the Facebook group, over 200 in the WhatsApp group, 85+ in the Telegram group, over 4K+ followers on Instagram, 700+ on Depop, 300+ on Vinted, 500+ on Ebay, 2.9K+ on Tilt and 1.2K+ on Whatnot so this stock does not last long.

Authenticity?

• All of our brands come with Certilogo attached or the code attached, this is a way to show 100% Authenticity, we will NOT sell any items without any tags or codes as this goes against our policy, we only use wholesalers from across Europe what have been in the game decades. 
• We refuse to buy stock with Certilogo cut out as this proves 100% Authenticity of the product. Also, if you wish to sell the item in the future this will also help you out. 

Account With Us?

• If you have made an account with us, please don't feel like you have wasted your time we run promos every so often where there are even further discounts made. Also, when we upload new stock we get sizes such as XXXL / XXL and these sizes fly out as they are so hard to come by. so, you will jump the cue and be able to get the colour way you require.

Sourcing?

• We now offer a range of specialized services tailored to meet your individual needs. Our approach is focused on understanding and responding to what you require, providing effective and practical solutions. This means we might just be able to source an item we have already previously owned, send us a screenshot and message us on what you require sourcing today. We are happy to try and assist you.
• However you might have to pay a little bit of a premium for this service. But if you are set on that exact piece, this is no issue to you, right?

Shipping?

• We cover from the UK throughout Europe and Worldwide.
• Here at Label Specialist Limited, shipping is based on weight of the product we are not responsible for the weight it weighs in at.
• In addition, we always aim for the best delivery service available, you place an order and the next working day it will be sent and will always be Special Delivery (Next Day), this protects yourself and us from any misleading parcels if it ever does occur, we are not held responsible once the package has been signed for. 
• All we ask for is £6 and we put the rest in usually matching this if not more depending on the weight of the parcel.
• If you are local however, you will meet myself Sam as I will deliver it personally and thank you for your custom.

Refunds

• We offer a full refund up to 14 Days of being posted to your address, we get notifications of the delivery date. Full refund or credit note is offered however this will be determined on the condition of the item. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE REFUND IF the item is not in the same condition in which they were received, with the original labels attached. It is in your best interest to send it signed for or tracked just in case. However you can choose to send it back and keep the money with us and use it towards another purchase.

Holding Fees / Deposits

• Yes, we do offer to hold the item. However, this incudes the buyer paying 10% deposit for item bundles or a single item. 10% is a must as this secures your item, we offer a range of payment methods, if you cant pay it off in 1 single payment drop us a message on CONTACT US and I will be happy to help you.
• The deposit lasts up to 60 days from the first payment is received, Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE and ensures that the item has been taken down off the website and other platforms for you.

Payments

• Here at Label Specialist Limited, we offer a wide range of payment methods, such as many card types. Also, we Klarna, Clearpay and Paypal Credit, WITH 0% ADD ONS. However, T&Cs do apply, and credit rating does apply.

What Rating Is the Item?

• We rate all of our items like the following...
• 10/10 Is Brand New With Tags (BNWT)
• 9/10 Is Brand New Without Tags or Worn once with all tags.
• 8/10 Is worn sparingly with no damage.
• 7/10 worn but good condition.
• 6/10 worn could potentially have a few marks.
• 5/10 faded, damaged and ripped.

Wholesale

• Here at Label Specialist Limited, we offer a wholesale also. 6 - 7 Companies use us for stock, and we are in talks with another 3 Clients. All of our stock comes with Certilogo attached which proves authenticity.

How do we measure items?

• We offer a service which many retail companies don't provide, we provide a PTP, Length and a Pit to Cuff measurement also, if you wish to receive the Pit to Cuff feel free to drop us a message and we will fire it over to you.
• By providing these measurements online it saves you the hassle of buying and not being 100% sure it will fit.

• As you can see, to get the Chest size it is using a formula PTP x 2. 
• Blue Line - Collar to Bottom Hem line is the length in INCHES (")
• Pink Line - Pit to Pit in INCHES (")
• Green Line - Pit to Cuff in INCHES (")
